This notice describes how personal data provided while using the zsodabau.hu website and submitting the quote request form is processed, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Data processed and purpose

Data provided in the quote request form: name, email address, phone number, the selected service and the message content. The purpose of processing is responding to the enquiry, preparing a quote and getting in touch.

The website only uses cookies strictly necessary for operation (language preference, cookie acknowledgement). No tracking, analytics or marketing cookies are used.

The quote request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 against abuse. As part of this service, Google LLC may process technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information) as a data processor; the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms) apply.

3. Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form. Enquiry data is retained for the validity of the offer or the duration of the business relationship, but no longer than 2 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention is required by law (e.g. accounting records).

4. Recipients

Only Zso-Da Bau has access to the data. Technical processors: the website's hosting provider and the email system operator. Data is not shared with third parties and not transferred outside the EU.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, exercise your right to data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Requests are handled within 30 days via the contact details above.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, www.naih.hu) or seek judicial remedy.
