Thermal insulation
Insulation is the only renovation that pays part of its price back every month: an uninsulated family house can cut heating costs by 40–50% with a modern façade system. The house also stays cooler in summer, and the property value rises.
We install complete systems: adhesive, anchors, glass-fibre mesh, primer and decorative render — because the lifetime of insulation is decided not by the board but by proper installation. We use XPS at the plinth and mineral wool fire barriers where regulations require.

How thick should the insulation be?
Today 15–20 cm of façade EPS is typically optimal: below 10 cm is no longer worth it, and above 20 cm the returns grow slowly. We calculate the exact thickness for your wall build-up.
Will the walls get mouldy after insulating?
Quite the opposite: proper insulation eliminates the cold surfaces where moisture would condense. Mould risk comes from poor workmanship (thermal bridges) and inadequate ventilation — we take care of both.
How long does insulating a family house take?
For a typical house with 100–150 m² of façade, usually 2–3 weeks including scaffolding, depending on the weather.
Can you insulate over old render?
If the old render is sound, yes. At the survey we check by tapping and pull tests; loose areas are removed first — without that the system would not last.
