Do I need a permit for interior remodelling?
Usually not for non-load-bearing partitions; modifying load-bearing structures requires a structural design. At the survey we tell you what is needed — and help with the engineering coordination.
How long does a complete flat renovation take?
A complete renovation of a 50–70 m² flat typically takes 6–10 weeks from demolition to paint-ready, depending on scope. We give a written schedule and keep to it.
Do you handle debris removal too?
