ZSO-DA BAUConstruction services

Family house construction

Building a family house is a once-in-a-lifetime decision — and the outcome depends on who you trust with the construction. Zso-Da Bau keeps the project in one hand from foundations to turnkey handover: no chain of subcontractors pointing fingers at each other, just one crew responsible for quality from start to finish.

The combination of an engineering background and hands-on masonry practice means we don't just execute the blueprint — we understand it: we flag in time if something is worth solving differently, and every structural element is built exactly as the structural engineer intended.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to build a family house to structural completion?

A typical single-storey house of 100–150 m² usually reaches structural completion in 3–5 months from the start of foundation works. We provide the exact schedule in writing together with the quote.

Do you take on general contracting?

Yes — we carry out all structural work with our own crew, and for mechanical and electrical works we involve trusted partners we have worked with for years, coordinated by us.

What wall materials do you work with?

Most often we build with ceramic blocks (e.g. Porotherm) and AAC (Ytong), but we always match the material choice to the plans and the budget — and help you decide with honest advice.

Do you provide a warranty on the work?

Yes, we provide a written warranty on all structural work, beyond the statutory mandatory warranty.
