Should I choose machine or hand plastering?
For new builds and large areas machine plastering almost always wins: faster and more uniform. On old or mixed masonry and repairs, hand plastering gives the better result. At the survey we tell you which we recommend and why.
How long does plaster take to dry?
Rule of thumb: one day per millimetre. A 15 mm coat is thus paintable after about 2 weeks — we always account for this in the schedule.
Can you handle damp walls?
Yes, but importantly: renovation plaster alone only treats the symptom. First we eliminate the cause of the damp (waterproofing), then plaster — that is how the result lasts.
Do you also paint after plastering?
We take the work to a skimmed, paint-ready state; painting is handed over to our trusted partner or your own painter, coordinated by us.
